MAM Rural has in-depth knowledge and experience of all matters related to rural planning. This includes residential development, farm buildings and diversification, permitted development and renewable energy.

We promote sites for development through the entire planning process. 

This ranges from local plan promotion to master planning, detailed design and planning applications.

In addition to applications, we are also happy to handle planning hearings and appeals when necessary.

We are experienced in preparing development appraisals and valuations, as well as advising on servicing and access issues and successfully appealing against levels of developer contributions.
